Awaaz FM ("we") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect when you use our app and website, and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed)
• Usage: listening activity, favorites, song/ad requests, support messages
• Device: app version, platform, push tokens if enabled
• Technical: IP address, cookies on web for session and preferences

3. How we use information

We use data to operate the service, personalize your experience, respond to requests, improve streams, and communicate about your account.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email) under contract, or when required by law.

5. Retention & deletion

We retain account data while your account is active. You may delete your listener account from the mobile app Profile screen. Deleted accounts are soft-deleted and personal data is no longer used for active service.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
